On PC, a larger display gives you more room to assess the relationship between a home’s rooms, floors, pool, and furnishings before committing to a design. Keyboard-and-mouse input is also well suited to the repeated selection involved in arranging interiors, choosing items, and moving between different parts of an expanding town. You can start different dream careers and follow Sims through locations including the Police Station, Movie Studio, and Hospital. Regular attendance helps Sims learn skills and raise their salary, producing rewards and moving them toward greater success. Their free time offers another progression route through hobbies such as cooking, fashion design, salsa dancing, and puppy training. The more involved Sims become, the happier they are, so you are continually balancing employment, skill development, relationships, and personal interests. A larger monitor is valuable when you are reviewing several Sims’ activities and deciding whether the next priority should be a career shift, a hobby, a family event, or another town goal. The mouse also makes it comfortable to select specific Sims and locations as your community fills with residents.
