The deck described in the video centers on Isis strengthening Suima in a depth build that does not use Devil’s Declaration. The video title also claims the creator reached solo rank 26 with it, but that claim does not establish the deck’s mechanics or results for other players.
The supplied description includes no card list, ability details, deployment order, or positioning instructions. Treat Isis and Suima as the stated core, not a complete deck recipe; you’ll need the actual card details before copying or evaluating the build.
