Viking Rise: How to Redeem Gift Codes and Claim Rewards

To redeem gift codes in Viking Rise, enter the code in the in-game Settings menu on Android and PC, or submit it through the official redemption portal on iOS. Once submitted, you must manually claim the reward items from your in-game System Mail.

Step-by-Step Redemption by Platform

The entry method depends on whether you play directly on an Android device or PC emulator, or on an iOS device.

In-Game Redemption (Android and PC)

Tap your Chief avatar in the upper-left corner of the settlement screen to open the Chief Profile.
Tap the Settings gear icon at the bottom of the profile interface.
Select Gift Code to open the text entry box.
Type or paste your active code exactly as written, then confirm the submission.

Web Portal Redemption (iOS)

Due to platform policy restrictions, iOS users cannot redeem codes directly inside the client and must use the external portal instead:

Open your in-game Chief Profile and copy your numeric IGG ID located beneath your character name.
Open the official Viking Rise redemption portal in your web browser.
Enter your numeric IGG ID and the gift code into the portal fields.
Request a verification code, check your in-game mailbox for the temporary numeric key, and submit it on the web page to complete redemption.

Claiming Rewards from System Mail

Redeeming a code does not place items directly into your active storage. Open your Mailbox from the lower-right menu on the main screen, open the system notification, and tap Claim to send the resources, speedups, and summoning currencies into your bag.

Troubleshooting Redemption Errors

Viking Rise gift codes are case-sensitive and fail if extra spaces or incorrect characters are introduced.

Keep resource crates sealed: Food, Wood, Stone, and Gold stored inside bag packs cannot be scouted or looted during enemy attacks. Only open resource packs immediately before starting a building upgrade, research task, or troop training queue.
Save speedups for milestone events: Hold universal speedups for structured server events, such as Kingdom Might or KvK preparation stages, to earn secondary milestone rewards.
Reserve summoning items: Keep gems and Oracle Soulstones for recruitment events featuring boosted drop rates or specific hero banners rather than spending them on baseline daily summons.
