In Whiteout Survival State vs. State (SvS) events, players spending under NT$5,000 can score high points without whaling by activating six combat buffs at once and targeting unshielded enemy cities. To protect your troops and resources, maintain a city shield whenever you are not actively raiding, or hide your forces in an Alliance garrison.

Stack Six Combat Buffs Before Raiding

Before launching any offensive march during an SvS event, activate six combat-focused buffs simultaneously. Stacking these buffs increases your march capacity, attack power, and defense, allowing your troops to generate maximum point yield with minimal losses.

• Use Combat Items Only: Confirm your active items boost damage, attack, defense, and march capacity rather than general resource production.
• Match Buff Duration to Actions: Activate all six buffs right before initiating your scout operations and raids so no buff time is wasted on map scanning.

Select Unshielded Targets and Save Resources

Low-spend accounts must avoid prolonged battles against fortified opponents. Scouting for vulnerable targets preserves your speed-ups and prevents catastrophic troop casualties.

1. Scout for Unshielded Cities: Search enemy territory specifically for inactive players or unshielded targets.
2. Avoid Fortified Targets: Do not spend limited speed-ups or high-value materials raiding cities with active shields or heavy defenses.
3. Skip Expensive Rallies: Avoid initiating drawn-out rally battles against high-tier cities if your account budget is limited.
4. Hold Position When Opposed: If the local area is heavily fortified or shielded, pause attacks and wait for safer scouting windows.

Protect Your City and Manage Spending

• Keep Shields Active: Maintain a city shield at all times during SvS when you are not attacking. Losing troop capacity on defense can set progress back by weeks.
• Hide Troops Without Shields: If you run out of shields, immediately teleport to a safer map location or store your troops inside an Alliance garrison.
