To clear difficult stages in Wild Water World without over-relying on gear upgrades, place high-durability tank heroes in the front row and manually time your active skills during combat waves.

Hero Positioning and Squad Setup

Positioning determines which heroes take incoming damage during stage progression:

• Front Row: Place high-health tank units upfront to absorb incoming melee attacks and protect the team.
• Back Row: Place damage dealers and healers in the rear so they can attack and support without frontline interruption.
• Ranged Adaptation: If enemy long-range attacks hit your backline, review the pre-battle stage preview and swap in heroes with higher base health or defensive buffs.

Skill Timing and Cooldown Management

Manual control allows you to save high-impact abilities for high-value targets rather than casting them immediately on cooldown:

• Trigger Timing: Activate skills when enemies gather into dense clusters or when a boss initiates a heavy attack. A glowing border around a skill icon at the bottom of the screen signals it is charged.
• Crowd Control Chains: Cast stun or slow skills sequentially rather than at the same time. Staggering crowd control prevents overlapping timers and extends total disable duration.
• Healer Reserves: Hold healing skill energy ready and activate healing as squad health drops below 50 percent.
• Wave Conservation: Track the wave counter at the top of the interface and save high-damage ultimate skills for the final boss wave.

Pre-Battle Loadout Adjustments

• Crowded Waves: Select area-of-effect (AoE) damage heroes when facing high numbers of clustered enemies.
