To camp Tier 2 in Bit Heroes Quest, stop dungeon flag progression before clearing the final dungeon of Zone 2. Halting progression prevents your account from unlocking Zone 3, which permanently locks your character into low-tier competitive brackets for PvP, Gauntlet, Trials, and weekly events.
Pausing here allows you to compete against early-game accounts instead of veteran players. Consistently placing in top bracket positions yields premium currencies, energy packs, hyper shards, and rank badges that would otherwise take months to acquire at higher tiers.
Gear and Stat Distribution
Equip fully upgraded Tier 2 Epic gear from Zone 2 dungeons. Avoid crafting or upgrading Tier 2 Legendary items; they require scarce hyper shards and materials that provide minimal combat value relative to their high upgrade cost. A full set of maxed Epic gear provides all the Total Stats (TS) required to dominate Tier 2 brackets.
| Equipment Slot | Target Rarity | Priority Stats |
|---|---|---|
| Mainhand Weapon | Tier 2 Epic (Bow) | Damage, Speed |
| Armor | Tier 2 Epic | Stamina, Damage |
| Helmet | Tier 2 Epic | Power, Agility |
| Ring and Necklace | Rare or Epic | Critical Strike Chance, Damage |
Allocate level-up stat points using a 2:1:1 ratio across Damage, Stamina, and Agility. Once your frontline tank familiar reliably absorbs hits, shift stat investment more heavily into Damage. High burst damage eliminates rival teams before their secondary skills activate, speeding up Gauntlet clears and stabilizing PvP win rates.
Core Familiars to Farm and Stable
Because your character's Total Stats are capped by Tier 2 equipment limits, combat performance depends on familiar bonuses. Spend your daily dungeon energy in Zone 1 and Zone 2 capturing duplicates to reach the +5 stabling cap on two essential fused familiars:
- Shrampz (+5 Stabled): Fused using Shrimpo and Gramps. Shrampz acts as your frontline tank with high base health and a chance to absorb damage directed at backline allies. Reaching +5 stabling grants stat bonuses and unlocks augment slots, giving you a durable frontline.
- Bor'lan (+5 Stabled): Fused using Bobo and Mer'lan. Bor'lan serves as your primary healer. Its cheap single-target heal and low-cost party heal keep Shrampz and your hero healthy during multi-wave Gauntlet encounters and PvP battles.
Funnel all regular dungeon energy into farming these captures. Because you are camping Tier 2, you do not need to split energy between flag progression and familiar fusion.
Spending Bracket Resources and Gems
Camping Tier 2 minimizes currency drains from gear reforging, allowing you to bank resources for permanent upgrades.
- Spend gems on pets and mounts: Hoard gems earned from leaderboard placements exclusively for defensive mounts and offensive or shielding pets from mega-boxes. High-tier pets and mounts carry account-wide value, and defensive pet shields are powerful enough in low-tier brackets to win matches passively.
- Avoid consumable boosts: Do not spend gems on temporary stat boosts or energy refills.
- Spend tokens and badges continuously: Spend PvP tickets, Gauntlet badges, and guild tokens as they refill to maximize weekly ranking points.
- Run Raid 1 (Astaroth) selectively: Farm Raid 1 for experience, gold, and guild points, but do not waste resources upgrading Astaroth legendary gear that will be replaced later.
When to Leave Tier 2
Tier 2 camping is an early-game optimization strategy, not a permanent state. Advance out of Tier 2 once your account hits three specific milestones:
- Maxed Familiars: Both Shrampz and Bor'lan reach +5 stabling with basic stat augments slotted.
- Account Assets: You have acquired at least one high-tier pet and an upgraded mount using saved gems.
- Resource Reserves: You have banked energy canisters, badges, and crafting materials to move through Tier 3 and Tier 4 quickly.
Once these conditions are met, clear the final flag in Zone 2 to advance into Zone 3. The banked resources and upgraded account assets will allow you to clear mid-tier content without stalling.

Can you add more details about heroes in a future update?
I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
The explanation is clear, especially for beginners.
Nice guide. I am checking the other Bit Heroes Quest articles next.
