To beat the Super Hard Level 109 I-Tower in CubeAway, dismantle the puzzle from the outer edges of the top and bottom horizontal caps before attempting to clear the central column. Many arrows in the central shaft face vertically into the caps, while cap blocks face inward toward the shaft. Stripping unobstructed exterior arrows frees the flight paths needed to collapse the vertical pillar without stalling your progress.

Clearing Priority for Level 109

Because arrows vibrate and lock in place when their exit trajectory is blocked by another piece, you must eliminate pieces according to their outward clearance.

Step 1: Strip the Cap Wings

Begin by rotating the puzzle to inspect the protruding left and right ends of both the top and bottom crossbars.

  • Tap arrows on the outermost rims that point horizontally away from the center into open space.
  • Tap vertical arrows on the extreme top edge pointing straight up, as well as arrows on the extreme bottom edge pointing straight down.
  • Leave any arrow pointing inward toward the center untouched until the outer edges are completely cleared.

Removing these perimeter shells widens the exit paths around the junction points where the shaft meets the caps.

Step 2: Open the Shoulder Seams

Once the outer tips of both caps are gone, turn your focus to the transition zones where the caps meet the central shaft.

Look for arrows along the underside of the top crossbar and the upper side of the bottom crossbar that point sideways or tangentially. Tapping these shoulder blocks removes the physical barriers that trap vertical arrows inside the central column. Do not tap arrows embedded inside the shaft until these connecting seams are fully open.

Step 3: Peel the Central Shaft Radially

The central pillar is several layers thick and cannot be cleared in a single vertical sequence. You must peel it from the outside in across all four sides.

Rotate the camera 90 degrees after each step to maintain symmetry:

  1. Tap the outward-facing arrows on the front face of the column.
  2. Rotate 90 degrees and tap the exposed outward arrows on the right face.
  3. Rotate 90 degrees and clear the matching outward arrows on the back face.
  4. Rotate to the final side to clear the outward arrows on the left face.

Align your camera perpendicular to each face before tapping. In a tall structure like the I-tower, isometric angles can make vertical arrows appear horizontal, causing miscalculated taps. Always trace an arrow's full flight line to confirm it will not collide with remaining cap blocks on the opposite end.

Step 4: Dismantle the Final Core

After peeling the exterior shell, the remaining structure consists of a narrow central spine connecting the inner junction remnants.

Find the single keystone arrow with an unobstructed exit corridor. In Level 109, this block typically sits near the top junction pointing downward or outward into the open area created in Step 2. Tapping this keystone opens the exit path for the remaining blocks. Once the keystone launches, tap the arrows that were pointing into its former space, then clear the remaining vertical pieces to complete the stage.
