To beat Level 10000 in Gardenscapes, open the central board lanes immediately to restore gravity, detonate explosives near the bottom of the grid, and combine Rainbow Blasts with active explosives or another Rainbow Blast to clear dense perimeter blockers.

Phase-by-Phase Board Strategy

Success on Level 10000 depends on transitioning from opening restrictive bottlenecks to executing wide-area board clears.

PhaseBoard FocusPrimary Action
Opening (Turns 1–5)Central barrier clearanceMake direct-contact matches against inner blockers to open vertical drop lanes.
Mid-Game (Turns 6–15)Space expansion and explosive generationCreate Bombs and TNT in the lower-middle grid to trigger vertical cascades.
Combo Window (Turns 16–22)Large-scale obstacle damageCombine a Rainbow Blast with Bombs, Rockets, or a second Rainbow Blast.
Endgame (Final Moves)Targeted perimeter cleanupUse horizontal Rockets, Bomb splash damage, or targeted tools on stray goals.

Opening: Clear Central Blockers First

Level 10000 begins with cramped, compartmentalized zones that prevent new pieces from falling into lower sections. Spend your first turns focusing strictly on downward-clearing matches against the multi-layered blockers in the center column:

  1. Target inner blockers directly with three-piece matches to puncture the upper barrier.
  2. Ignore matches along the far left and right edges during the first five turns, as edge clearing does not open piece dispensers.
  3. Allow newly opened vertical channels to drop pieces into the lower board, creating automatic cascades that soften neighboring obstacles.

Mid-Game: Build Bottom Explosives and Power-Up Combos

Once the center opens, stop relying on basic three-piece matches unless they position an explosive. Four-match Rockets and five-match Bombs are required to break the remaining interior blockers.

Always detonate explosives as low on the board as possible. Bottom-row detonations shuffle entire columns above them, accelerating your Rainbow Blast meter. Once charged, avoid triggering a solo Rainbow Blast on a single color. Instead, maneuver pieces to execute one of two combinations:

  • Rainbow Blast + Rainbow Blast: Swapping two adjacent Rainbow Blasts clears every basic piece from the screen and deals one point of damage to every obstacle on the field.
  • Rainbow Blast + Bomb or Rocket: Pairing a Rainbow Blast with an explosive converts all pieces matching that color across the board into that explosive, detonating them simultaneously and quickly recharging the meter.

Endgame Cleanup and Tool Usage

When you reach your final turns, shift from wide-area clearing to direct target removal. Manual three-piece matches in hard-to-reach corners waste remaining turns. Instead, construct a ranged Rocket on the open board to pierce the target row, or position a Bomb close enough to catch corner obstacles in its radius.

If you run low on moves, manage your resources strategically:

  • Gardening Glove: Swap two adjacent pieces to trigger an explosive alignment without expending a turn from your counter.
  • Shovel: Remove an isolated obstacle on your final turn to finish the level without purchasing extra moves.
  • Five Extra Moves (900 Coins): Only spend 900 coins on the continue prompt if one or two moves guarantee a full clear. If more than two complex blockers remain, decline the continue, save your coins, and restart the board.
