To beat Level 10000 in Gardenscapes, spend your first three to five moves clearing blockers at the lowest accessible points of the grid. Opening the bottom of the board triggers downward cascades that automatically damage multi-layered obstacles, generate explosive pieces, and restore tile drop flow. Prioritize merging adjacent power-ups over triggering single explosives, and save targeted boosters such as the Shovel or Gardening Glove for isolated targets during your final moves.

Opening Priorities and Board Expansion

Milestone stages feature restricted layouts where thick obstacles cut off tile dispensers from the main grid. Spending early moves on isolated targets at the edges quickly depletes your move count without improving board conditions.

Apply these rules during the opening phase:

  • Match at the lowest possible row: Clearing bottom tiles forces upper columns to collapse, creating passive matches and chipping away at obstacles without spending extra turns.
  • Target column choke points: Prioritize barriers that directly sit beneath falling tile channels so pieces can fill previously blocked sectors.
  • Use horizontal matches across wide barriers: Aligning a horizontal match next to multi-tile obstacles damages several blocker segments in a single action.
  • Send vertical rockets down obstructed columns: Direct rocket blasts pierce through layered barriers, instantly clearing vertical paths for falling pieces.
  • Skip isolated single-cell matches: Do not waste a turn clearing an isolated peripheral obstacle unless the move immediately frees a trapped explosive.

Best Power-Up Combinations

Standard three-piece matches cannot fulfill the level targets within the move limit. Creating and merging power-ups is necessary to hit multiple objectives and clear dense obstacles simultaneously.

CombinationBoard EffectRecommended Situation
Double Rainbow BlastClears all regular tiles and deals one layer of damage to all obstacles.Board is heavily cluttered with widespread blockers, or needs a complete tile reset.
Rainbow Blast + BombConverts every tile of the selected color into a Bomb and detonates them all.A single color covers a large portion of the board or reaches into isolated pockets.
Rainbow Blast + RocketConverts all tiles of the chosen color into horizontal and vertical rockets.Targets or multi-hit obstacles are lined up along specific rows and columns.
Bomb + RocketClears three horizontal rows and three vertical columns in a broad cross pattern.Central areas need immediate clearing to connect separated board sections.

Always merge adjacent power-ups instead of detonating them individually. Merged combinations clear significantly more tiles per turn and refill your Rainbow Blast meter much faster than single blasts.

How to Target Single Rainbow Blasts

When you have a single Rainbow Blast and cannot set up a merge within one or two turns, do not trigger it randomly on the most frequent color. Choose the color that provides the highest strategic return:

  1. Clear blocker-adjacent colors: Identify which color directly touches crates, chains, or stationary level objectives. Removing that color deals direct adjacent damage and condenses the remaining colors into natural matches.
  2. Reposition secondary explosives: If detonating a standard Bomb or Rocket nearby drops a second Rainbow Blast into an adjacent space, hold the first one. Merging two Rainbow Blasts clears the entire screen and advances all remaining objectives at once.

Managing the Final Turns

When your move counter drops to five, pause and assess the remaining objectives.

  • Check drop paths: If an objective needs multiple hits in an awkward corner, check whether normal tile drops can reach it. If falling tiles cannot hit the target, trigger an explosive nearby rather than setting up standard match-3 attempts.
  • Deploy single-target tools: If you reach the last two turns with only one or two stubborn blockers remaining, use a Shovel or Gardening Glove to remove them directly. Using a tool to finish the final pieces secures the stage without requiring coins for extra moves or restarting the milestone from the beginning.
