Following the latest hotfix update in Kingshot, developers have issued compensation packages, often referred to as Radiance Gifts, to the player base. These rewards are designed to offset recent technical adjustments or server maintenance periods. Players should proactively check their in-game mail and notification centers to ensure they do not miss out on these free resources, which typically include valuable currencies and items essential for ongoing progression and hero development.
Locating Your Radiance Gift Compensation
The most reliable way to receive your update rewards is through the internal game messaging system. After major hotfixes or patches, these items are rarely added to your inventory automatically without a notification.
- Check the Mailbox: Open your in-game mailbox frequently after an update. Compensation is usually sent to all active accounts, but it may have an expiration date.
- System Notifications: Keep an eye on the notification banner or the event center. Sometimes, rewards are tied to specific "Radiance" event tabs that appear only during the update window.
- Claiming Efficiency: Once the gift appears in your mail, claim it immediately. These packages are often time-sensitive, and failing to collect them before the event duration ends may result in the loss of free items.
Managing Your New Resource Influx
When you receive a surge of items from a Radiance Gift, avoid the temptation to spend them all at once. The influx of materials following a hotfix often includes a mix of speed-ups, premium currency, or hero-specific tokens.
Resource Allocation Priority
| Resource Type | Recommended Usage Strategy |
|---|---|
| Speed-ups | Save for building or research events to maximize points. |
| Premium Currency | Hold for upcoming Hero Roulette or limited-time banners. |
| Hero Tokens | Apply only to your primary combat unit or main hero build. |
| Boosters | Use during competitive events to gain a rank advantage. |
Why Hotfix Rewards Matter
Developers use these gifts to maintain player engagement during periods of downtime or balance changes. While the contents vary based on the scale of the hotfix, they serve as a critical catch-up mechanic for free-to-play players. By staying updated on these distributions, you ensure your account remains competitive without needing to rely solely on high-value pack purchases. Always verify the source of the gift to ensure it is an official distribution rather than a third-party scam link.
