MementoMori: AFKRPG on PC is an idle role-playing game built around a dark fantasy story of witches, curses, and a world fractured by disaster. In this setting, girls branded as witches are blamed for calamities spreading across the land, hunted by the Church of Longinus, and pushed toward execution. When “Curses” overtake entire countries and kingdoms, the surviving witches become the ones capable of fighting back. Your role is to guide these fragile but powerful characters as they set out to liberate the land from darkness, following their belief that saving the world is the right thing to do. The presentation gives that journey a strongly emotional identity: each character carries a cruel past and an inevitable fate, while “Laments” express their feelings through songs performed by a wide range of artists. Live2D animation gives the battles their visual motion, and the soundtrack is intended to be a major part of the experience rather than simple background music.
