To clear Worlds 7 through 10 in Pokémon Quest, immediately replace your early-game team with Silver Pot recruits, run a dedicated buffer using Share Stones, and prioritize survival stats like Hit Healing over perfect Bingo Bonuses. Players frequently stall in the mid-game by over-investing basic ingredients into low-tier Pokémon or wasting resources hunting ideal Bingo lines before reaching endgame stages.

Upgrade to Silver Pot Recruits Immediately

The fastest way to overcome mid-game stat checks is to stop cooking with Brass and Bronze pots. Pokémon summoned from a Silver Pot arrive at level 40 to 50 with significantly higher base HP and Attack values than those summoned from lower-tier pots.

Leveling an early-game recruit through standard expeditions yields modest stat growth that cannot match the base stat jump of a Silver Pot recruit. Even if cooking with the Silver Pot exhausts your ingredient reserves more quickly, a newly recruited mid-tier Pokémon will immediately outperform an early-game creature that has been leveled for hours.

Settle for Usable Bingo Bonuses

Hunting for optimal Bingo Bonuses—such as maximum cooldown reduction or pure Attack boosts—is necessary for World 12 speedrunning, but doing so during Worlds 7 through 10 will drain your ingredients and halt progression.

Instead, recruit a functional Pokémon that meets three core structural requirements:

  • Single active move slot: A Pokémon with one move can equip three Move Stones. Recruits with two moves can equip fewer Move Stones, significantly reducing their utility and damage output.
  • A high-impact move: Your buffer needs an ability like Bulk Up or Work Up, while your attackers should roll moves such as Psychic, Rock Throw, or Hydro Pump.
  • A practical Power Stone socket split: Frontline buffers require at least five to six HP (blue) sockets to survive boss encounters, while damage dealers need a heavy balance of Attack (red) sockets.

Once a Silver Pot Pokémon meets these three criteria, put it on your expedition roster immediately, regardless of its Bingo roll.

Run a Dedicated Buffer with Share Stones

Mid-game bosses and mob swarms deal heavy burst damage that easily wipes unbuffed teams. To stabilize your runs, add a support Pokémon dedicated entirely to team-wide stat buffs.

  • Best Move: Bulk Up is the top mid-game choice because it raises both Attack and Defense simultaneously. Work Up and Harden serve as functional temporary alternatives.
  • Move Stones: Equip two or three Share Stones to share the stat boost across your entire team.
  • Recommended Recruit: Machop is the most accessible candidate. It can be targeted consistently through Fighting-type recipes, evolves naturally, and learns Bulk Up through Move Learning.
  • Execution: Keep your buffer alive with defensive Power Stones and trigger the buff on cooldown to maintain continuous uptime.

Deploy Ranged Damage Dealers

Ranged attackers naturally avoid close-range boss sweeps and ground slams, making them far more dependable than melee attackers during mid-game expeditions.

Target Hit Healing on Power Stones

Raw Power Stone values matter less than secondary traits during mid-game progression. When evaluating bronze, silver, and gold Power Stones, prioritize any stone that rolls the Hit Healing % (life steal) property.

A Power Stone with 1.0% to 2.5% Hit Healing provides substantially more survivability than a higher-value stone with pure stats. Aim for the following benchmarks across your team:

  • Support and Buffers: Aim for a minimum of 5% total Hit Healing to recover lost health between ability casts.
  • Ranged Attackers: Aim for 8% to 10% total Hit Healing to allow them to refill their entire health pool in one or two attacks.

Stacking Hit Healing offsets ambient stage damage and enables your team to clear multi-wave expeditions consistently without relying on PM Tickets for revives.
