Plarium confirmed a cheating exploit in Live Arena, and the player involved is getting permanently banned, according to the supplied video description. It does not explain how the exploit works or establish a general ban policy.
What players should do
Do not try to reproduce the exploit. The report says the player involved is being permanently banned, but it does not provide enough detail to identify the exploit or determine how Plarium handles other cases.
The source also does not give reporting steps or say how to distinguish cheating from a connection issue. Don’t treat an unusual match outcome alone as proof of an exploit.
