Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes Lord Vader Tier 4 Guide

To beat Tier 4 of the Lord Vader Galactic Legend event in Star Wars™: Galaxy of Heroes, you must defeat Jedi Master Kenobi in a solo duel. Keep Kenobi controlled with Ability Block from Unshackled Emotions, cycle Dark Advance to ramp Mastery and Ultimate charge, and immediately activate Ashes of the Republic at 100% charge to deliver the finishing blow.

Tier 4 Battle Requirements and Costs

Tier 4 is a cosmetic milestone tier that awards the Lord Vader character portrait. Although it does not award character shards or ultimate materials, a defeat will still consume your entry currency.

Recommended Lord Vader Mod Setup

Kenobi has high initial burst damage and protection recovery. Modding Lord Vader with high Health and Speed ensures you survive the opening salvo and reach your Ultimate before taking critical damage.

• Mod Sets: Run three Health sets (six pieces), or a four-piece Speed set paired with a two-piece Health set. Lord Vader scales offense and survivability from his Max Health pool.
• Arrow (Receiver): Speed primary with Health % secondaries.
• Triangle (Holocron): Health % primary (safer against opening burst) or Critical Damage primary.
• Circle (Data-Bus): Health % primary.
• Cross (Multiplexer): Health % primary or Potency primary.
• Target Stat Benchmarks: Aim for at least 500 Speed and over 120,000 total Health.

Turn Rotation and Strategy

Kenobi relies on his special abilities to strip your protection and deal high true damage. Forcing him into basic attacks while accelerating your own meter neutralizes this threat.

1. Cast Unshackled Emotions on Turn 1: Inflict Ability Block and Buff Immunity immediately. This prevents Kenobi from gaining bonus protection or using his damaging specials.
2. Use Dark Advance on Turn 2: Dispel any debuffs, gain Speed Up and bonus Mastery, and build Ultimate charge.
3. Use Daring Assault as Filler: When both specials are on cooldown, use your basic attack to stack Damage over Time and siphon Kenobi's Mastery.
4. Prioritize Unshackled Emotions on Cooldown: Recast Unshackled Emotions the moment it becomes available to prevent Kenobi's Ability Block from expiring.
5. Activate Ashes of the Republic at 100%: Trigger your Ultimate immediately once the gauge fills. Lord Vader will transform, reset cooldowns, and gain empowered attacks.
6. Finish the Encounter: Use your transformed special abilities to eliminate Kenobi's remaining health in one or two attacks.

Do not delay activating Ashes of the Republic to build extra stacks. Holding your Ultimate gives Kenobi additional chances to land critical hits and break your health pool. Once the battle is cleared, your Dark Side Currency is safe to spend on Tier 5 and Tier 6 materials.
