To claim a free set piece in Eternium using a promo code, open the in-game settings menu from the main village or character screen, select the promo code entry option, and submit your code while connected to the internet. The server delivers the equipment piece directly to your inventory or your in-game mailbox.
Before redeeming a code, switch to the specific hero class you want to gear up and consider waiting until that character reaches level 70.
How to Redeem Promo Codes
Eternium requires an active network connection to authenticate codes against your account profile. Follow these steps to submit a code and collect your gear:
- Log into the character that needs the set piece and ensure your inventory has at least two open slots.
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner of the village or character interface.
- Scroll through the settings list and tap Promo Code (or Enter Code) to open the text field.
- Type or paste the code exactly as provided, maintaining exact letter casing.
- Tap the confirmation button to submit.
- Return to the town screen and check your inventory bag or the mail icon on the left edge of the screen to retrieve the item.
If the submission fails, verify the following failure points:
- Trailing Spaces: Mobile keyboards often insert an automatic space after pasting or typing; delete any trailing whitespace.
- Prior Redemption: Promo codes are single-use per account. If you claimed the code on an alternate hero, it cannot be redeemed again.
- Connection Drop: If a timeout error appears, close the application, verify your internet connection, and reopen the menu.
When to Redeem: Level 70 Scaling
Set equipment in Eternium generates its base armor, damage, and stat values according to the level of the active character at the moment of redemption.
- Levels 1–69: Redeeming early grants an immediate boost for clearing early story acts, but the item's fixed stats become obsolete as your hero levels up. Replacing it at endgame requires spending gold, Mark of the Titans, and high Crafting Mastery.
- Level 70: Waiting until the level cap guarantees the highest base attribute tiers and secondary stat ranges (such as Critical Rating, Power, Haste, and Ability Rate). This produces a piece ready for high Trial progression without crafting expenses.
Class Assignment and Set Archetypes
Eternium does not provide an account-wide selection prompt when you submit a code. The server automatically generates a piece designed for whichever hero is currently active in your session. Switch to your desired class before entering the code.
| Class | Notable Set Archetypes | Primary Stat Priorities | Build Mechanics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Warrior | Fury, Warlord, Defender | Power, Armor, Life on Hit | Whirlwind, Shockwave, Shield Block |
| Mage | Arcanist, Regalia of the Ignis, Apprentice | Ability Rate, Haste, Critical Damage | Blizzard, Arcane Beam, Thermal Shock |
| Bounty Hunter | Havoc, Stalker, Demolitionist | Critical Rating, Movement Speed, Power | Snipe, Explosive Shot, Smoke Screen |
Once you receive your set item, inspect its sockets and insert high-tier gemstones (such as Rubies for Power or Topaz for Ability Rate) to match your build requirements, then direct your crafting materials toward completing the remaining pieces of that set.

Can you add more details about heroes in a future update?
Good guide for Eternium players. The heroes part was useful.
