Upgrading the Victory Column in Evony is generally not worth the investment for mid-game or progression-focused players. Instead of putting speedups into the Victory Column, direct your construction and research efforts into high-impact infrastructure like your Keep, Academy, Rally Spot, and military training facilities.

The Victory Column functions primarily as a prestige milestone rather than a core military unlock. While it grants minor combat bonuses, its stat increases suffer from practical limitations:
