To unlock items from the Hair Tousle Teen in Sky: Children of the Light, you must first relive their spirit memory in Daylight Prairie and visit them at Home or Aviary Village before their four-day visit ends. Traveling Spirits arrive on a Thursday reset and depart at Sunday night reset, making it necessary to budget your standard Candles, Hearts, and Ascended Candles (AC) before the friendship tree disappears.

Reliving the Spirit Memory in Daylight Prairie

If you have never guided this Season of Belonging spirit before, their friendship tree remains locked at Home and Aviary Village. You must complete their memory run once to access their shop:

  1. Enter the Prairie Caves: Head into Daylight Prairie, enter Butterfly Fields, and fly through the gate or tunnel opening along the left cliffside.
  2. Locate the Spirit: Find the unlit silhouette near the base of the central rock structure inside the main cavern.
  3. Escort the Light: Touch the spirit to begin the escort. Move slowly alongside the light circle to prevent the timer meter from draining, especially when walking up uneven ledges.
  4. Complete the Shrine: Reach the final meditation point at the end of the path to release the spirit.

Once finished, the spirit's shop activates immediately at the central pond in Home or the main plaza in Aviary Village.

Friendship Tree Costs and Unlock Priorities

Unlocking the entire tree requires approximately 135 to 145 regular Candles, 13 Hearts, and 2 Ascended Candles.

  3. Emote Upgrades (Optional): Save your Hearts unless you actively use physical friendship interactions with regular companions. Level 1 already allows you to use the emote, while higher levels only add visual trails and animation flair.
